Malay rights NGO Perkasa lodged a police report against MCA president Dr Chua Soi Lek today, accusing him of sedition.

Perkasa secretary-general Syed Hassan Syed Ali in the report referred to Chua's opening speech at last Sarurday's Chinese Economic Congress, which was organised by the MCA.
