FMK Full Range Situps. Put your feet under some weights or have someone hold down your feet for you. Make sure your knees are in the fully bent position. Lock your hands behind your head. Make sure that with every rep your hands touch the mat behind your head in the down position and in the up position make sure your elbows touch your knees. You cannot unlock your hands from behind your head. Test for your maximum reps in 1 min.
