Michael towed my Tesla this morning. I started off frustrated -- well, because the Tesla has no spare and I didn't WANT to be towed.. Michael was on time. He knew what he was doing and got the car on and off the truck with no scrapes or drama. He was a pleasure to be with and seemed to really like what he was doing. When I told him that he was probably so good at what he did due to what must be years of experience, I was surprised to find that he had been doing this job only 9 months. Congratulations to your company for hiring Michael, training him so well, and providing top service
