"The Civil War" is being remastered 25 years after its initial release now that audiences expect higher quality video. Filmmaker Ken Burns and restoration producer Daniel J. White detail the process of scanning the original 16mm negatives to upgrade the film to 4K resolution for a Sept. 7 re-airing on PBS.
