This is Dennis Miller's production company. The card was first seen in 1993, for Dennis Miller's HBO special, "Live From Washington DC: They Shoot HBO Specials, Don't They?" and was used on his HBO show "Dennis Miller Live" (1994-2002), and most recently on "Dennis Miller: All In" (2006).
