Watch as a 1974 vintage Cessna 172 airplane is dropped from a height of 100 feet at the NASA Langley Research Center Landing and Impact Research Facility. According to NASA, this is the third of three Cessna 172 aircraft crashed this summer to try to improve emergency locator transmitter system performance. Credit to 'NASA'.
