Former Guatemalan military dictator Efrain Rios Montt will be retried on genocide charges for his role in massacres of indigenous communities during the country's civil role in the 1980s. The closed door trial is expected to begin in January 2016. Due to dimentia, Montt will not face jail time. teleSUR
