A hilarious video has emerged from Belarus showing a pickup truck which has been converted into a mobile swimming pool.

The video shows people splashing about in the homemade tub as the vehicle drives around central Minsk.

The makers of the swimming pool came up with the idea as a means of cooling off in a heatwave earlier this month.

Traffic police were not amused, however, and fined the owner of the vehicle for breaking passenger safety and cargo transportation rules, according to local media.
