PKR's Razifi Ramli claims that a profitable government-linked company is being sold without open tender to DRB-Hicom Defense Technology Research Malaysia, owned by Malaysian billionaire, Syed Mokhtar Albukhary.


Rafizi says, Composites Technology Research Malaysia has orders worth RM8.26 billion over the next five years, however, a 96.8% stake in the company is being sold to Syed Mokhtar's company for only RM298.3 million, according to a filing with Bursa Malaysia, last month.
