Religious NGO urge to implement PSC proposals before GE

Malaysian Consultative Council of Buddhism, Christianity, Hinduism, Sikhism and Taosim (MCCBCHST), a religious NGO today urge government to accept and implement the 10 recommendations in the interim report by the parliamentary select committee (PSC) before the 13th general elections.

The NGO also urge government to implement the auto-registration to all citizens 21 years old and above to become voters.

Meanwhile, MCCBCHST will organize Peninsular Malaysia Voter Registration Programme nationwide to enable eligible citizens to register as a voter. The programme will be held nationwide in Peninsular Malaysia.
