From on board the International Space Station, ESA astronaut Luca Parmitano addressed politicians attending the European Interparliamentary Space Conference (EISC) in Brussels, Belgium (14-15 October 2013). He spoke about the essential role that national parliaments have in education and encouraged young researchers to study hard and follow their dreams.
