PKR's Rafizi Ramli has lashed out against Barisan Nasional for allegedly copying 15 per cent of the promises Pakatan made in its own manifesto. Rafizi says only 14 per cent of BN,s manifesto, unveiled last Saturday, were fresh ideas - calling the rest extensions of existing failed government programs.
