KiniTV went to a local cinema to see how Malaysians would react to Negaraku being played before movies in conjunction with National Day celebrations.

UPDATE: GSC Mid Valley has sent the following statement:
"GSC would like to clarify that GSC Mid Valley Megamall only received the two Merdeka featured clips and Negaraku by FINAS today (28 August, 2013) at 2.30pm. The clips were then uploaded immediately and screened in the cinema by 3.30pm on the same day (28 August, 2013)."
