Incumbents Khairy Jamaluddin and Sharizat Abdul Jalil retain their respective Umno Youth chief and Wanita chief positions.
According to unofficial results the youth and sports minister bagged the support of 115 branches out of 191 nationwide as of 11pm on Saturday.
