Uruguayan international investment regime specialist Cecilia Olivet was one of three experts invited by Pakatan Rakyat to explain concerning aspects of Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement (TPPA) . Olivet questioned the investor-state dispute settlement chapter in the TPPA which allows for disputes to be adjudicated by international courts - supposedly to get a neutral perspective. She argues the perspectives may not necessarily be that neutral.
