Speaking at a press conference at the invitation of Pakatan Rakyat, Bolivian trade negotiator Pablo Solon argued Malaysian investors would be second to foreign investors with the the investor-state dispute settlement (ISDS) chapter of the Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement (TPPA) in place.
