Union Minister for Power, Coal and New & Renewable Energy Piyush Goyal held the Congress Party primarily responsible for stalling the Goods and Services Tax (GST) Bill in the Parliament. He said; “Their main intention in stalling the proceedings in the Parliament was to stop the passage of the GST Bill.”
