PKR vice-president Tian Chua has been jailed for one month and slapped with a RM 1,000 fine for intruding into a restricted area.

The Batu MP, was found guilty of violating the Protected Areas and Places Act for failing to comply with police orders to leave the Pulapol police training centre after being arrested during the Bersih 3 rally in April 2012.
