Two objects possibly related to the missing Malaysia Airlines flight 370 has been spotted in the southern Indian Ocean, 2500 km south west of Perth, Australia.

Australian Maritime Safety Authority general manager John Young told a press conference held at 12.30pm local time, that satellite images showed that one of the objects is up to 24 meters in length.

Young said the objects were much larger than a basketball (court?). He described the finding as 'probably the best lead we have right now'.

A number of aircrafts and ships from Australia, New Zealand, and the United States has been sent to the area to determine if these objects are debris from the missing aircraft.
