PKR Strategic Director Rafizi Ramli says he has obtained evidence, that Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak had instructed the Ministry of Science, Technology, and Innovation (MOSTI), to grant a RM100 million research and development grant, to a private steam-making company for a commercial project.
