The SK Pierce Haunted Victorian Mansion was built in 1875 by Sylvester Knowlton Pierce, who was a millionaire due to running a furniture factory. Over the years, the mansion had many famous visitors, such as President Calvin Coolidge and PT Barnum. The Mansion passed from the family and became an Inn and boarding house from From 1926 to 1966, and then was abandoned. Eventually it was purchased by it's current owners, Edwin Gonzalez and Lillian Otero. The location is a well-known haunted spot, being featured on Paranormal TV shows like Ghost Hunters, Ghost Adventures, and Paranormal Witness. Charles and Stephen tour the location (and even was able to investigate the mansion) with several friends, including Joni Mayhan, author of the book, Bones in the Basement.
