The Selangor government has taken over two more of the state's water concessionaires today, without the Federal Government invoking the Water Services Industry Act or Wa-Sia.
In a statement today, Puncak Niaga Holdings Berhad has agreed to let Selangor take complete control of Puncak Niaga Sdn Bhd or PNSB for 2.47 billion ringgit, and Syabas 3.11 billion ringgit.
