Deputy Finance Minister Ahmad Maslan today said he hoped Putrajaya's efforts to explain the Goods and Services Tax (GST) to the people will go down better than PAS' attempts to explain hudud.
He says PAS has been trying to explain hudud since 1990, but many, including the DAP and the people of Kelantan still don't get it.
