Ingredients
1 cup pineapple chopped
1 cup water
4-8 tbps anchovy sauce to taste
1 tbps garlic minced
1 tbps lemon grass minced
1 tps hot chilli minced
4 tbps vegetable oil
500 grams roasted/ boiled pork
500 grams dried rice vermicelli
lettuce, mint, fish mint, Vietnamese mint chopped
300 grams mung bean sprout
200 grams green papaya shredded
