Ingredients
- 4 steak catfish (or any other type) ~ 600g
- 1 tbsp minced garlic & shallot
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 4 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- chopped spring onion to garnish
- ginger, hot pepper (optional)
