Russian billionaire Yuri Milner is betting big on Indian Start-ups. After Flipkart and Ola he has now set his sight on another Indian startup, Practo which is an online healthcare service provider. Practo has raised over $90 million in a fresh fund raising round led by China's internet giant Tencent, Google Capital and a clutch of other investors that includes Milner.
