Tumpat MP Kamarudin Jaffar, unhappy with the lack of Budget 2015 allocation for Kelantan, asked if Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak was punishing the state for not voting BN.
Najib yesteday told the Chinese community not to ask for favors if they did not vote for BN.
