Home Minister Ahmad Zahid Hamidi stated today that there is no evidence of illegal channeling of funds through Malaysia to help fund terrorism group IS (Islamic state). He added that Malaysia will work with any countries to prevent this from occurring.

Foreign media had reported since September that money to finance the IS militant group was sent through Malaysia.
