Sixteen Colombian policemen were killed and two injured when the helicopter they were traveling in crashed into a mountainside in northwestern Colombia. The police were engaged in an anti-drug operation at the time. An investigation is underway but authorities say the most likely reason for the crash was low cloud cover. teleSUR
