Early Friday morning Israeli settlers set fire to a Palestinian home, killing an 18-month old baby and injuring four others, near Nablus in the occupied West Bank. The Israeli government condemned the killing as an act of terrorism while the Palestinian Authority said it would seek justice at the International Criminal Court.
