An on duty air traffic controller was found unconscious and inebriated in Arkansas' Springdale Municipal Airport tower late last week. 
The issue was brought to light by a pilot waiting to get cleared for takeoff. 
He grew concerned when he didn’t get a response from the tower and made a report. 
A maintenance worker went to the air traffic control hub to check the situation and found Philip Maschek shirtless and passed out.
