A staff sergeant with the Vancouver Police Department shared in a video that his undercover operation as a mentally disabled paralyzed man in a wheelchair netted no criminals but revealed the kindness and honesty of people in the community.

The Vancouver Police Department recently released a video that described an undercover operation they launched after two people in wheelchairs were robbed at knife point. 

Staff Sergeant Mark Horsley used himself as bait by pretending to be a wheelchair-bound disabled man with a brain injury in the rough Downtown Eastside area of the city.
