Labor legislation in the Caribbean island nation of St. Lucia does not include a minimum wage. Local legal scholar and retired Justice Michael Gordon is calling for a review of the country's labor code, which took effect in 2012, to set a minimum wage so as to better protect workers and dignify labor.
