As part of Bolivian President Evo Morales' visit to Argentina, thousands of workers rallied in Buenos Aires to support La Paz's demand for sovereign access to the sea. Bolivia's claim against Chile is currently being considered by the International Court of Justice in The Hague. It has received broad support throughout Latin America.
