Paul Pelton of Lorain, Ohio has been arrested and charged with misdemeanor vehicle trespass after he filmed the aftermath of a car crash and its two 17-year old victims, one of whom later died.

An Ohio man is being charged with a misdemeanor vehicle trespass after he filmed the aftermath of a car accident that resulted in the death of one of the teenage passengers. 
The incident occurred around 12:45 am on Monday morning when the 1999 Honda careened out of control over railroad tracks, and collided with a pole and parked car before ultimately crashing into a house.
