why we have to sign out from google mail account gmail or other email providers ? .
the answer is : you may get hacked , and your computer infected .

if you are leaving your password on "remember me" and staying logged in situation,
that could be used in spamming & hacking of your email accounts .

When it comes to bank , insurance or any other important account .
they usually require you to log out or they will either end your session or locked your account .

so it is better to sign out from your google mail gmail account , especially if you are using a shared public computer or feel unsecured .

attention : closing the browser is not sign out from your email .

if you want to sign out properly of gmail email account on a computer :

- Open Gmail.com account page or mail.google.com .

- Click your email account photo in the top right corner.

- if there is no photo click your email there .

- under my account button you will see sign out button, click it .

in other hand , there are particular steps if it is about chrome the browser .

if you want to sign out of Chrome as you are using a computer :

- Go to the top-right corner of the browser window, and click the Chrome menu .

- Select Settings.

- Under "Sign in," click "Disconnect your Google Account" .

- it will appear a confirmation dialog , click Disconnect account and you are done .
