Honda Car India has finally launched the 2015 Jazz after ousting it from the Indian market two years back. Considering its previous price tag, Honda lost some of the potential customers. This time though, with the introduction of all-new Jazz, the automaker is hoping to grab a big chunk of increasing demands for premium hatchback models.
2015 Honda Jazz will be available with two engine variants – 1.5-litre i-DTEC and 1.2-litre i-VTEC. It’s also offered in five different variants. The diesel version will get manual transmission, whereas the petrol can be optioned with either CVT or manual.
The interior gets Magic Seats with reclining function, touchscreen AVN system, 9 cupholders, steering mounted audio controls and more.
On the safety front, the Jazz adds antilock braking system with electronic Brakeforce distribution, driver airbag and dual airbags. It will be offered Urban Titanium Metallic, Sunset Orange, Orchid White Pearl, Carnelian Red Pearl, Golden Brown Metallic, Alabaster Silver Metallic and Taffeta White body paints.
