The Colombian government has still not responded to the proposal of the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) for a bilateral ceasefire. As of July 20 the rebels will implement a one-month unilateral ceasefire in order to move the peace talks underway in Havana, Cuba forward. teleSUR
