Chad Goodin Signature Homes was challenged to take an existing day care center and turn it into Andy’s vision for the new Dogs by Andy location. This facility renovation was awarded Best Special Project in the Best of the Lake design competition for 2014. “Chad was able to provide solutions to the many concerns of a structure housing animals. From odor elimination, drainage and ventilation to ease of maintenance Chad was able to overcome all of my concerns.
