A Utah Highway Patrol trooper was lucky to be alive after being hit by vehicle which had hydroplaned on Interstate 15 in Cedar City, Utah. The incident occured while the officer was attending the roadside scene of another accident on July 6th, 2015. He was expected to make a full recovery. Credit to 'Utah Highway Patrol'.
