A man in West Virginia is facing prosecution for keeping two deer in his home.

Deer are beautiful and graceful animals, but admiring them is best limited to an outdoor activity.

A man in West Virginia is facing prosecution for keeping two of the woodland creatures in his home. 

The West Virginia Natural Resources Police got a call on July 4th alerting them to a situation involving deer being kept inside the house. 

Upon responding to the complaint, they learned that the report they had received was true.

It's believed the two bucks had been living indoors for about a year.
