Guitar Truss Rod Adjustment videos and descriptions normally focus on how to adjust the neck where the truss rod nut is located near the headstock. This had me originally confused when I had to adjust the neck with the truss rod nut located on the body side of the neck.

The procedure is the same. Just look in the direction of the nut and then tighten the truss rod in the clockwise direction as you would tighten a screw to counteract a “Bow” or concave neck. Loosen the truss rod nut by turning it counter clockwise to fix a “Hump” or convex neck.
