Mumbai: A woman police constable standing on the footboard of a harbour local was badly hurt on her upper jaw after an iron rod was flung at the running train. Harshada Jadhav was headed to work and the incident occurred between Mankhurd and Govandi. The incident has raised several questions on the administration.
