During last night's rally in Quito in support of the Citizens' Revolution, teleSUR spoke with Culture Minister Guillaume Long. He described how after the country had 7 presidents from 1996 to 2006, one of the greatest achievements of the Citizens Revolution has been that the major and innumerable social gains have taken place in the framework of democracy.
