Bhavnagar: The recent flash floods in the otherwise drought-prone area of Saurashtra region has not only hindered human lives, but also killed lions and a number of other animals like blue bulls. GS Singh, Deputy Conservator of Forests (DCF) has surrendered before the situation and unveiled the fact that they do not have technical experts for the disposal of carcasses.
