Pixar Cars and Thomas and Friends Fan presents Fillmore's Special Blend. In this episode, Thomas is not feeling good, so Sir Topham Hatt sends him to Radiator Springs to get a special blend of fuel from Fillmore to fix his clogged boiler. Thomas meets all the Cars from Pixar Cars including Lightning McQueen, and Mater. Fillmore mixes a blend with too much growth serum , and Thomas grows to 10 times his size !! Then Fillmore mixes a new batch and Thomas is cured. He goes back to The Isle of Sodor, and gets back to work with Toby and all his friends, even Diesel 10.
