Last April, two years after the massacre at the Nairobi shopping mall, Kenya was again plunged into horror. At Garissa University in eastern Kenya, 148 students were shot dead in cold blood in a matter of hours by al Shabaab Islamic terrorists. Since its military intervention in Somalia, Kenya has been a frequent target for Islamic terrorists. With authorities powerless to stamp out the enemy within, religious tensions are high, and terrified citizens are demanding weapons to defend themselves.
