The doctors and staff were extremely cooperative and were responsive. It was reassuring for the patient and the attendants, as the doctors and staff never left them in doubt regarding any aspect of the treatment. They never gave false reassurance and stuck to the facts; this gave us confidence in them, as we were sure that they would let us know if anything had gone wrong.
