Nicholas Salvador, 25, had recently lost his job and smoked cannabis when he beheaded an 82-year-old woman in her home and went on a police chase earlier in 2014. He was just cleared of murder charges, since he plead insanity, saying that he thought the old woman was the ghost of Hitler.
