You guys heard me talk about red dresses being a must in one's fashion closet and as you can see from this past Sunday's 2012 Golden Globes, the carpet wasn't the only thing that was RED.

Stacey Keibler and Reese Witherspoon are just a few of the celebrities who looked smoking red hot on the red carpet.

Stacey Keibler looked stunning and flawless in this gorgeous Valentino gown. With her hair swept back, this form fitting dress with an open, bow-tied back showed off Stacey's beautiful figure and neckline.

And Reese Witherspoon wore a skin tight, fish tail, red hot ensemble by designer Zac Posen. Letting her hair down with some loose, messy waves, Reese definitely rocked a casual, yet elegant look on the red carpet.

Now if you want rock the red at a more affordable price, I found similar dress by designer Kurt Thomas. This long, red gown has a cow neckline with alluring, beaded cutouts in the back and be purchased at Saks Fifth Avenue for $395.

And check out this Halston Heritage Halter Gown I found at Bloomingdale's! This luxurious floor length silk gown has convertible straps crossed at the back and is a perfect red dress to make a stunning, fashionable statement at any black-tie event. Compare to spending thousands of dollars on a designer gown, this halter gown can be purchased for only $645.
